សកម្មភាពវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្គោលជាតិស្តីពីសេវាកម្មសណ្ឋាគារ (ថ្ងៃទី៣ និងទី៤)
ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលនៃថ្ងៃទី៣ និងថ្ងៃទី៤ នៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្គោលជាតិ (National Master Trainer) លើផ្នែកសេវាកម្មសណ្ឋាគារ សិក្ខាកាមបានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សាក្រុមយ៉ាងស៊ីជម្រៅលើប្រធានបទសំខាន់ៗដូចខាងក្រោម៖
១. ការកំណត់សមាសធាតុគោលទាំងបីនៃសមត្ថភាព៖ ការវិភាគលើជំនាញ ចំណេះដឹង និងឥរិយាបថ (Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude - SKA) ដែលជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃស្តង់ដារវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។
២. ការកំណត់វិធីសាស្ត្របណ្តុះបណ្តាល៖ ការសិក្សា និងជ្រើសរើសវិធីសាស្ត្របង្រៀនឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពស្របតាមបរិបទជាក់ស្តែង។
៣. ការរៀបចំផែនការ និងកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាល៖ ការរៀបចំសេចក្តីព្រាងផែនការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងកាលវិភាគលម្អិតនៃមេរៀន (Training Plan, Training Program, and Session Plans) ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវសហគតិភាពក្នុងការផ្ទេរចំណេះដឹង។
