During the third and fourth days of the National Master Trainer program specializing in Hotel Services, participants engaged in comprehensive group deliberations focused on the following pedagogical pillars:
1. Delineation of Core Competency Frameworks: Systematic identification of the tripartite elements of professional proficiency, namely Skills, Knowledge, and Attitude (SKA), which constitute the essential benchmarks for vocational excellence.
2. Methodological Analysis for Vocational Training: Critical evaluation and selection of instructional methodologies tailored to enhance the efficacy of knowledge transfer and practical skill acquisition.
3. Instructional Design and Curricular Planning: The strategic formulation of comprehensive Training Plans, Training Programs, and detailed Session Plans, ensuring structured pedagogical delivery and alignment with established educational objectives.
