- Prepares correspondence, reports
- Initiates request and act on reproduction of important documents.
- Maintains engineering files.
- Keeps accurate records of staff rosters, all leave report
- Acts as Receptionist to receive calls, correspondences, and invoices for the department.
- Ensures availability of engineering office supplies and consumables
- Ensures cleanliness of the Engineering office at all times.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
តម្រូវការ :
- Diploma education
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent interpersonal relations
- Extremely proactive with all activities to support the hotel
- Be able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
