Technical Meeting on the Review of the 2026 Action Plan and Budget for the HoKa Project Management Commission
On the afternoon of January 12, 2026, Mr. Choub Ratana, Director of the Department of Tourism Professional Training and Head of the Secretariat of the HoKa Steering Committee, alongside Mr. Kong Dara, Hospitality Training Program Manager at Swisscontact, presided over a technical meeting to review and deliberate on the 2026 Action Plan and Annual Budget for the HoKa Project Management Commission.
The primary objective of this session was to ensure that project implementation maintains high standards of efficiency, transparency, and alignment with national strategies. Furthermore, the meeting aimed to ensure that the project remains responsive to the evolving dynamics of Cambodia’s hospitality and tourism sectors.
Through its close partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and the Royal Government of Cambodia, the HoKa project remains committed to the development of high-quality human capital. By fostering professional skills that adhere to both national and international standards, the project seeks to enhance productivity, competitiveness, and labor market excellence, ultimately driving the industry toward a sustainable and prosperous future.
