RATANAKIRI PROVINCE: On the morning of December 23, 2025, Mr. Chuob Ratana, Director of the Tourism Professional Training Department, Head of the Secretariat of the National Committee for Tourism Professionals (NCTP), and Head of the Secretariat of the HoKa Project Management Committee of the Ministry of Tourism, presided over a review meeting.
The session focused on evaluating the 2025 HoKa Project training outcomes, establishing the 2026 strategic training roadmap, and conducting an inventory audit of hospitality training equipment for the Ratanakiri Provincial Department of Tourism. The meeting was attended by approximately 12 participants, including representatives from Swisscontact, HoKa master trainers, and technical officers.
Key Achievements: In 2025, Ratanakiri Province successfully trained a total of 189 trainees (including 123 females and 36 members of indigenous ethnic minorities) across eight specialized courses:

4. Hospitality and Tourism Service Quality Enhancement
5. Hospitality for Accommodation Services
6. Food and Beverage Services
7. Cooking
