Preparatory Meeting for the National Master Trainer Program on Hotel Services in Alignment with ASEAN Standards
On the morning of January 20, 2026, Mr. Chuob Ratana, Head of Tourism Professional Training Department and Head of the Secretariat of the National Committee for Tourism Professionals (NCTP), presided over a consultative meeting with master trainers and the technical working group. The primary objective of this session was to coordinate the upcoming National Master Trainer Training on Hotel Services, structured in accordance with the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement on Tourism Professionals (ASEAN MRA-TP).
Scheduled to take place in Siem Reap province from January 23 to 29, 2026, this initiative aims to enhance the pedagogical competencies of trainers from both tourism vocational institutions and the private sector. The program focuses on ensuring that educators are proficient in utilizing standardized training materials and instructional methodologies that meet the rigorous requirements of ASEAN competency frameworks.
